Types of PolyCor 

1. PolyCor AP 

PolyCor AP is a specially formulated product for mobile trailer siding. Unlike aluminum, which is susceptible to "oil canning" (a warped, wavy distortion that appears on the side of a trailer due to temperature changes), PolyCor AP remains stable under extreme weather conditions. Its benefits over aluminum also include:

2. PolyCor HL 

Uniquely designed for trailer and specialty vehicle interiors, PolyCor™ HL is a transportation-grade material that excels in performance. It serves as a lightweight, durable twin-wall plastic ceiling panel, ideal for interior headliner or ceiling panels in a wide range of trailers and specialty vehicles.

3. PolyCor P 

PolyCor™ P is a superior alternative to wood and steel in specialty vehicle construction. It’s ideal for flooring, dividers, ramps, and cabinets since it is: 

• Non-Warping: Unlike wood, PolyCor P does not warp or rot when exposed to water. It also does not rust or add unnecessary weight like steel.  

• Lightweight and Strong: PolyCor P is easy to handle and install. Like the other PolyCor types, it is also waterproof and chemically resistant.  

• Resilient: Easily able to accommodate an “integrated” hinge, PolyCor P has incredible bending fatigue strength. With a simple 90-degree V-notch, it can be folded over 40,000 times without breaking, which ensures structural durability and longevity.
